- Recently we needed to sell our home, after considering the seven local Wallsend Real Estate agents we chose to have Crawford Real Estate and Vlado Zvicer sell our home. The choice of this being his total professional approach to the task. Vlado had sales briefings, photos, signs, advertising for open house all ready to go by the time he received the sale contract from the solicitor. Vlado had also been through the complete house selling process with myself and my wife. Only hours after our home being placed on the market an appointment for an inspection had been made and within 24 hours a holding deposit had been received. The next few weeks we were kept informed with the sale progress of our home and then onwards until the final settlement date took place. A very good result from Vlado and many thanks.
